The civil construction firm was founded by late Shri.K.Krishnarajan, L.C.E, who was the first licensed surveyor in Tambaram Municipality.Service contractors since 1980 and by virtue of our dedication to the construction work, adhering to Industry Standards, we have been engaged to complete various Military Engineering Service contract projects. Apart from that, we have also earned good reputation by doing civil construction work for individual homes and also carved a niche In Flat construction by joint development agreement.The Construction firm was named ASHWIN ASSOCIATES in 1992 by K.Viswanathan, B.E, a second generation engineer presently heading the firm, was mentored and guided by his late father and founder Shri.K.Krishnarajan,
who was instrumental in the construction of The Hindu Mission Hospital, Tambaram.Under the expertise of K.Viswanathan, a team of experienced engineers and dedicated labour force are constantly working together to maintain highest standards in the quality of construction work with reasonable costs along with transparency expected by the clients.
